Builders of Lanarkshire is a local, owner-run firm working across Strathaven and the surrounding countryside — this is home turf for us, and we know the properties round here.
Strathaven’s a mix of character stone homes, village properties and rural houses on bigger plots, and that variety suits us. We’re timber-frame specialists — a natural fit for extensions, garden rooms and outbuildings that have to be done properly and sympathetically.
What we do in and around Strathaven
Extensions — extra space that looks like it was always meant to be there. Garden rooms, studios and outbuildings — making the most of a rural plot. Loft and garage conversions. Kitchens, doors, windows, flooring and bespoke joinery.
Straight-talking, local, guaranteed
Fixed price up front, we turn up on the day, no final payment until you’re happy, and a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Being local means we’re never far away — during the job or after it.
